The right treatment, at the right price, with one organisation responsible from enrolment to recovery
CuroNiks helps a patient get the right treatment, at the right price, without having to manage the entire care journey themselves. We support them from the moment they enrol, providing guidance and care every step of the way until they are confident and thriving at home.

What we hold ourselves to — standards, not a record
Getting ready to take our first patients.
CuroNiks is a startup initiative of Neuroniks Systems Private Limited. We are specialists in the EHR and EMR ecosystem, and our team is actively engaged in the development of a case management platform to support this programme.
The first corridor opens from Afghanistan, with Nigeria alongside it. The hospital networks are being contracted, and the team recruitment is in progress.
A Primary Care Physician has been identified for the first opinion and that engagement is being finalised. Until it is, an enquiry reaches a Patient Care Executive, who will tell you plainly where your case stands rather than start a clock we cannot yet keep.
No patient has travelled with us yet. When one has, this page will say so.
Families who are a long way from home.
Most people may be navigating an unfamiliar environment, far from home, and facing language barriers that make even essential procedural documentation difficult to understand. Families place an extraordinary trust in us for the care of their loved ones and the resources they have provisioned to embark on this journey. We hold both with the same care, respect, and commitment we would want for our own.
The story, in six steps.
From the first enquiry to recovery at home.
Step one
A family enquires in their own country, through the country partner, carrying whatever medical records they have been able to gather.
Step two
A doctor reads and analyses the case, then speaks to the patient. It costs the family nothing, and no travel is arranged until that review is done.
Step three
The clinical plan goes to two or three hospitals. A range comes back to the family first, then one all-inclusive figure.
Step four
The family accepts and pays a deposit. Only then does visa work begin.
Step five
They travel, and someone is with them from the moment they land — through admission, treatment and every consultation. The bill is checked daily.
Step six
They go home, and monitoring continues until they have recovered or their care is formally handed to a doctor at home.
The same process, in every country.
The same process runs in every corridor. What changes is the language, the visa regime and how a family pays.
Afghanistan
The first corridor. Med Trip Medical and Tourism Services Company is our country partner there. Pashto and Dari.
Nigeria
A country partner is in place, and we are building a relationship with a physician who refers patients to India today.
The GCC
Formal exploration with a partner in progress.
Every standard, measured from one event.
Every standard we hold ourselves to, measured from one event: the enquiry arriving.
| Measure | Standard |
|---|---|
| First response to an enquiry | Within 1–2 business days |
| Clinical opinion | Within 2–3 business days of a complete file |
| Quote issued | Within 3–5 business days of the hospital opinion |
| Visa filing | Within 3–5 business days of the deposit clearing |
| Quote accuracy | Final bill within 10% of the estimate range |
| Case review | Every case we put forward accepted for a medical visa |
| Post-monitoring | Every patient monitored from their return home until they have fully recovered, or their care is formally handed to a doctor at home |
| Cost overruns | None incurred without written approval |
What families ask us first.
What does CuroNiks do?
CuroNiks helps patients from countries where the care they need is unavailable get treatment in Indian hospitals, and stays with them until they have recovered at home. It is a facilitator: it does not provide clinical care, does not employ treating doctors, and does not accept clinical risk.
Does it cost anything to ask?
No. The initial consultation is provided at no cost to the family by a Primary Care Physician, engaged through a telehealth partner or under a direct contract with us, according to what the condition calls for. We pay that physician for each consultation, whether or not the patient goes on to travel.
How quickly will someone reply?
Within one to two business days of an enquiry arriving. A clinical opinion follows within two to three business days of a complete file, and a quotation within three to five business days of the hospital opinion.
How is the price decided?
The clinical plan is presented to two or three hospitals across different tiers and written estimates are obtained for the same procedure. The family receives an indicative range early, then a single itemised estimate including a contingency allowance and a written list of exclusions.
Will the final bill match the estimate?
The standard we hold ourselves to is a final bill within 10% of the estimate range. Hospital bills are reviewed daily during treatment, and no cost overrun is incurred without written approval.
What happens after the patient goes home?
Monitoring continues. The discharge summary, medication instructions and warning signs are translated before the patient leaves, follow-up is booked while the treating physician is still available, and the same Patient Care Executive makes contact at seven, thirty and ninety days — until the patient has fully recovered, or their care is formally handed to a doctor at home.
Which countries does CuroNiks work with?
Afghanistan is the first corridor. Med Trip Medical and Tourism Services Company is our country partner there, working in Pashto and Dari. In Nigeria a country partner is in place, and we are building a relationship with a physician who refers patients to India today. Formal exploration with a partner in the GCC is in progress.
Who is with the patient in India?
A multilingual Patient Care Executive meets the patient on arrival and accompanies them through admission, treatment and every consultation, interpreting wherever clinical discussions take place — particularly during consent, so that every decision is fully understood.
What will CuroNiks not do?
It will not provide clinical care, employ treating doctors or accept clinical risk; promise a clinical outcome or the grant of a visa; accept payment through any route not cleared by the government of the engaging country; book travel for a case that has not been screened; accept a case it is not equipped to serve well; or hold patient records anywhere other than the case system.
How is a patient's information handled?
Patient records leave the case management system for no other destination. No patient data is held in team chat — no names, passport or Tazkira numbers, reports, scans or photographs. Each step is given only what it needs: the driver is given an address, not a diagnosis. Health records are sensitive personal data under Indian law today, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 adds its duties as they come into force in May 2027.
What we will not do.
- Provide clinical care, employ treating doctors, or accept clinical risk.
- Promise a clinical outcome, or the grant of a visa.
- Accept payment through any route not cleared by the government of the engaging country.
- Book travel for a case that has not been screened.
- Accept a case we are not equipped to serve well.
- Hold patient records anywhere other than the case system.
It costs nothing to ask
An enquiry starts with a conversation in your own language. Nothing is booked, and nothing is charged, until a doctor has read the case and spoken to the patient.
