Terms

What is agreed, and what is never promised.

These terms explain what CuroNiks does, what is agreed before anything is arranged, and what is never promised. They apply to this website and to enquiries made through it.

01What CuroNiks is

CuroNiks is a medical value travel facilitator, an initiative of Neuroniks Systems Private Limited. It helps a patient reach treatment in an Indian hospital and stays with them until they have recovered at home. It does not provide clinical care, does not employ treating doctors, and does not accept clinical risk. Clinical decisions are made by the treating hospital and its doctors, and the treating relationship is between the patient and that hospital.

02Nothing here is medical advice

This website is information about a service. It is not medical advice and must not be relied on as a diagnosis, a prognosis or a recommendation of treatment. If you are unwell, speak to a doctor. Where our process includes a doctor's opinion, that opinion is given by a qualified physician to the patient, not by this website.

03This website is not an offer

Nothing on this website is a contractual offer, and no contract comes into being by sending us an enquiry. A case proceeds only under a written agreement setting out the service, the price and the terms, provided to the family before any deposit is asked for.

04What is agreed before anything is booked

No travel is arranged until the case has been clinically reviewed against defined criteria. The family receives an indicative cost range early, then a single itemised estimate including a contingency allowance and a written list of exclusions. A deposit is payable on acceptance, and no visa work begins before it clears.

05Changes in cost

If the expected cost changes during treatment, the change is discussed with and agreed by the family before any additional cost is incurred. No cost overrun is incurred without written approval. The standard we hold ourselves to is a final bill within 10% of the estimate range; hospital charges are ultimately set by the hospital.

06Payment

Payment is accepted only through a route cleared by the government of the engaging country. We will not accept payment through an informal channel, whatever the urgency, and we will say so plainly if one is offered.

07What is never promised

A clinical outcome is never promised, and neither is the grant of a visa, which is a decision for the authorities of the destination country. A case will not be accepted where the team in place cannot support it properly, and we will say so early rather than take it on.

08Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation and refund terms are set out in the written agreement provided before any deposit is asked for, and depend on what has already been committed on the patient's behalf — hospital bookings, visa filings and travel each behave differently. Ask for them in writing before paying anything, and we will provide them.

09Third parties

Hospitals, doctors, visa and travel agencies, transport, accommodation and country partners each operate under their own terms and under a written scope of responsibility with us. We coordinate them and hold them to what they have agreed; we do not become the provider of their service.

10Governing law

These terms, and any dispute arising from the use of this website, are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Gurugram, Haryana have jurisdiction. Where a case proceeds, the written agreement for that case governs it and prevails over this page.

11Contact

Write to info@neuroniks.com, or use the form on the contact page. If any term here matters to a decision you are making, ask us to confirm it in writing and we will.

12Translations

These terms are written in English and translated into Pashto, Dari, Arabic, French and Hausa so that you can read them in your own language. If a translation and the English differ, the English version applies.

Start a case

It costs nothing to ask

An enquiry starts with a conversation in your own language. Nothing is booked, and nothing is charged, until a doctor has read the case and spoken to the patient.
