You meet the family. We take it from there.
In each country, the local partner serves as the family's point of contact, providing introductions and support throughout the process.

The partners who meet the family first
In each country the partner is the family's point of contact. Clinical review, hospital selection, pricing and the delivery of care stay with our team in India.
Afghanistan
ContractedMed Trip Medical and Tourism Services Company
Our country partner in Afghanistan, a health services business working out of Kabul since 2018. Their team is the first to speak to the family, in Pashto or Dari — explaining what is possible, gathering the medical records, and staying alongside the visa and the travel arrangements while the clinical work is carried out in India.
Nigeria
In placeA country partner is in place. Alongside it we are building a relationship with a physician who refers patients to India today, and who has offered to open her own network of country partners to us.
The GCC

What the country partner does
The local team first interacts with the individual and their caregivers. They explain the process, help gather the relevant medical records, and help support the process of visa procurement and the travel arrangements while the clinical work is carried out in India.
What stays with us
Clinical review, hospital selection, pricing, and the delivery of care remain fully managed by our team in India.
Why local matters
Having a company established on the ground, trusted within its community, and accountable locally gives families the confidence to begin the process with an organisation they know they can reach and rely on throughout their journey.
