Managing Director
A 15+ year career across education and technology. She lectured and researched in child development and women's welfare, with earlier work in government and with social organisations, and holds an M.Sc. from Maharana Pratap University of Agriculture and Technology, Udaipur. She moved into technology, where her entrepreneurial career began, and founded Neuroniks Systems India.
Satya Prakash
Product Visionary and Chief Technology Officer
A 25+ year career in healthcare technology as an enterprise strategist and virtual CIO, delivering payer, provider and pharmacy-benefits platforms, EHR modernisation and AI-native delivery. He founded Neuroniks USA in Dallas and Neuroniks GmbH in Wiesbaden.
Srinivas Hegde
Product Visionary and Director of Product Operations
22 years in delivery management, orchestrating project lifecycles and ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery, across electronic medical records and applications connecting patients, providers and insurers.
Hussaina Rangwala
Product Manager
An 8+ year career in software and data engineering. She began as a software engineer, then spent nearly five years at Accenture in application development and data engineering on Azure cloud platforms, before joining Neuroniks in healthcare technology. On the CuroNiks initiative she is Product Manager, turning complex business and user requirements into digital products. She holds a master's degree in computer science from Fergusson College, Pune.
Riya Patel
Head of Human Resources
A 10+ year career in human resources across information technology and US healthcare. As Head of Human Resources at Neuroniks Systems Private Limited she leads the HR and talent functions alongside the leadership team. She has built HR processes from scratch, led recruitment for roles from junior professionals to senior leadership, implemented policies and engagement programmes, and supported remote and distributed teams in growing organisations.
Sriswarna Bala
Project Coordinator
A 17+ year career in recruitment and staffing in information technology, across contract and permanent staffing, business development and client management. She has run hiring end to end for middle and senior positions in technologies from .NET, Java and Oracle APEX to Azure, DevOps and telecoms — sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating technical and HR interviews, and staying with each offer until the person has joined.
