Start a case
It costs nothing to ask
An enquiry starts with a conversation in your own language. Nothing is booked, and nothing is charged, until a doctor has read the case and spoken to the patient.
Or go through the country partner in your own country.

What happens
When you get in touch.
Nothing is arranged, and nothing is charged, before a doctor has read the case.
- You reach us, or the country partner in your own country reaches us for you.
- A Patient Care Executive speaks with you in your language and listens to the problem in your own words.
- We gather whatever medical records you have been able to obtain — from several clinics, in more than one language, with gaps. That is normal.
- A doctor reads the case and speaks to the patient. It costs the family nothing.
- If travelling to India is not right for this patient, we say so early.
What helps
If you have it.
What helps, if you have it. Nothing here is required to start.
- Medical reports, from wherever they came
- Who would travel with the patient — up to two attendants
- The problem in the patient's own words
- A budget, so options can be put in the right range
